Summit Dermatology is the only one that takes HMO plans, and they have to go along with a referral from a physician.

The acceptance of Medicaid plans varies from one department to the other. If your insurance plan is not on the list, that does not mean we do not accept it. You can call us and have the billing department verify or directly contact your insurance provider to request more information about your policy.
